In January 2025, CHESS NGO conducted a Kitchen Garden Batch Formation in Kanabagatte village, training 20 farmers in organic farming and sustainable home gardening. Participants received fruit and vegetable seeds and hands-on support to implement natural techniques. This program enhanced food security and reduced household expenses while fostering ecological awareness among rural communities in Chikkamagaluru.
