Our efforts uplift vulnerable groups and promote inclusive growth across Hassan and nearby districts.

Founded in 2024, Community Human Empowerment Service for Society (CHESS) focuses on improving the lives of rural and underprivileged communities across Karnataka. Our work spans education, agriculture, health, women’s empowerment, environment, and livelihood enhancement. We use a participatory, grassroots approach to create sustainable development. Our values include transparency, inclusion, dignity, and community ownership. CHESS collaborates with KSDA, IAT, IFFCO, local donors, and academic institutions. So far, we’ve touched over 2,500 lives across Hassan, Chitradurga, and Chikkamagaluru districts.
